Return to home pageMake changes to your website whenever you want! Our Gusto Toolkit has been used by clients who range from typical office computer users all the way to self-proclaimed "computer illiterates". The WYSIWYG feature of the Gusto Toolkit makes it easy for brokers or office assistants with only basic computer skills to create an effective and attractive website. Most importantly... you can usually make changes yourself even faster than describing the change you want to your "web guy"!
What is WYSIWYG?WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) is a term that simply means that you can see your page and are able to change things directly on the page. The Gusto toolkit lets you edit text anywhere on the page and use the familiar word processing style tool bar for formatting text, inserting pictures that flow with the text, and creating tables for items that need to line up.
The Gusto Toolkit has a simple approach - just drag around page elements and the toolkit will take care of building these complex layout commands. The Gusto Toolkit gives you two views of your page:
Add a page - the menu gets updated!Add a page to your website with the click of a button. Your custom website layout is carried over to your new page — you just add your text and images. Type a name for the page, and it is automatically added to your website's menu! Want your menu in a different order? Just drag the entry to where you want it, and the menu for your entire site is updated automatically. Powerful Image Handling CapabilitiesImages can be included in three ways with the Gusto Toolkit:
Today's digital cameras produce huge images. If left unprocessed, they can cause your site to load very slowly, making it effectively unusable for those outside the coverage area of high speed Internet. The Gusto Toolkit deals with these problems automatically.
Consider these two images, shown at 200% of their published sizes: The fuzzy image to the left was dragged to a smaller, using the resizing approach typically used by tools for "do it yourself" websites. The clear one on the right was resized using the Gusto Toolkit, which uses high-quality image resampling. Notice the smoothness and crispness of the resampled image, and the rough edges and fuzzy solid areas of the image that was resized without resampling..
